The Knitting Circle Crochet Club of Effingham continues to meet on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Luttrell Room of the Helen Matthes Library in Effingham, Illinois.  However, due to circumstances beyond our control, for the third Tuesday of October (Oct. 21) we will meet at St. Francis Church in Teutopolis in the Museum Dining Room (southwest corner of building, park by Habing Furniture).  In addition, on the third Tuesday of November (Nov. 18) we will meet at the First Christian Church, located by the National Guard Armory.

On Nov. 4 we will have a guest speaker from the Llama Mamas 4-H Club who will talk about llamas and will demonstrate a craft called Needle Felting that we can all participate in.  We will make a needle felted ornament.  Kits will be available for purchase or you can bring a cookie cutter from home (put your initials on it) to use for the project.  Space is limited so call Mona Vahling (217-857-3012) if you want to reserve a seat.
