Andrew S. Veatch, 20, of Effingham was arrested on October 8 by the Effingham Police Department for criminal damage to property.

Johnny H. Gillespie, 21, of Edgewood was arrested on October 8 by the Effingham Police Department for criminal damage to property.

James R. Krause II, 26, of Effingham was ticketed on October 11 by the Effingham Police Department for speeding and failure to secure child under 4 in child restraint.

Brian E. Meyer, 29, of Teutopolis was ticketed on October 12 by the Effingham Police Department for speeding.

Aven L. Snyder, 23, of Effingham was arrested on October 12 by the Effingham Police Department for DUI, resisting and obstructing.

Leonard W. Hoyer, 49, of Effingham was arrested on October 12 by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
