The regular board meeting of the Village of Teutopolis met on January 6 at 7:00 p.m.

President Jerry Weber called the meeting to order and upon roll call the following trustees were present: Greg Hess, John Mette, Kenneth Esker, Joe Kroeger, and David Tegeler. Greg Oseland was absent.

The minutes of the last meeting were approved.

Tony Esker reported that one building permit was issued in the month of December.

There being no new or old business to come before the board it was moved by Greg Hess, seconded by John Mette, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
