The regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Teutopolis was held on February 3 at 7:00 p.m.
The President, Jerry Weber, called the meeting to order and upon roll call the following trustees were present: Greg Hess, John Mette, Kenneth Esker, Joe Kroeger, and Greg Oseland. David Tegeler was not in attendance.
It was moved by Kenneth Esker, seconded by Greg Oseland and carried that the minutes of the last meeting are approved as read.
Tony Esker reported one building permit was issued in the month of January.
Carl Pals was authorized to install no truck turn around signs on Bahnhoff Street to see if this will keep semi's from using the schools property before any further action is considered.
John Mette introduced Ordinance No. 794, an Ordinance extending the expiration date of the cable television franchise agreement to June 30, 2010. A motion was made by Greg Oseland, seconded by Greg Hess to pass Ordinance No. 794. By roll call vote 5 yes, 0 nays, 1 absent, motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the board it was moved by Greg Oseland, seconded by Greg Hess and carried to adjourn the meeting.
