Home from Hospital
After intensive surgery and (9) days in Carle Clinic, Urbana, IL, it is certainly great to be back home. I just finished reading the many, great letters to the editor. Not being sure on the cut off time, I am submitting one more letter to the Effingham Daily News and to the Teutopolis Press, in event that time is not yet come. After reading the letters, I found that one individual did not agree with almost anything I had written. It is amazing and almost amusing that when Sarah Palin's name comes up, the Left goes completely "Nuts." I think most will agree with me that a Governor who is in charge of a State and the National Guard of that State is in a position more closely to that of President of the U.S. than a junior State Senator. In this case under Governor Sarah Palin, the economy was above average. The Left who cannot stand Sarah Palin, or fear her, do all they can to try to trash her. The same Left have no problem that a Junior Illinois Senator with the help of Wm. Aires and other former Communist activists who in the past had conspired to overthrow the U.S. Government has now become President of the U.S. As his resume, you had basically a 90 day wonder who missed many votes in the Senate except those to raise taxes or to vote for more gun control. As a result, we had a Senator and now a President that has been voted in with the help of the voter fraud capital of the U.S., Chicago, IL. Mr. Worman stated he just could not help himself from leaning Left. That is no surprise, as most on the Left cannot. They kind of remind me of (30) Parrots sitting on a fence. The first, or primary Parrot, lets say Harry Reid, says something and each and every one down the line repeats the same thing. Unlike the Left or in most cases the liberals, I vote for the Individual and what he stands for in regard to our Country, State or County. I did not vote for George Ryan, instead I voted for Glen Poshard, as he would have made a good Governor. In closing, what really bothers me is those in the White House, the Senate and the House who continually lie to us. Remember the stimulus bill and the no Earmarks, transparency, all lies. Now the health plan, all lies, deals behind closed doors, etc. As an added insult, we now have those in this Adm., House and Senate who are giving and taking bribes for their votes on issues, which will have to be repaid by our Children and Grandchildren. They are also passing out money and benefits to those who helped elect them into office. The lie is that the stimulus bill was to create jobs, when instead, it was designed for the Socialists to give pay back for the last election and a war chest to buy another election. The Health Plan is also about Money, Power and Control. By the way Ron, I will stick to my Conservative values and I know 2 out of 3 people in Eff. Co. agree with me. If you do not believe that, check on those 2008 voting records.
