Youth swimming

Pontiac captured first-place points in 58 races in swamping Dwight 736-227 in youth swimming Tuesday.
The Pacers also placed first and second in 39 times.
Winners in the long freestyle were Emilio Close (8 & Under boys), Harper Francis (8U girls), Kaidge Richardson (9-10-year-old boys), Jared Bressner (11-12 boys), Elena Krause (11-12 girls), Nolan Deats (13-14 boys), Ava Nollen (13-14 girls) and  Hannah Grove (15-18 girls).
Placing first in the individual medley were Elizabeth Hansen (8U girls), Angel Close (9-10 boys), Olivia Masching (9-10 girls), Jaden Lucas (11-12 girls), Nolan Deats (13-14 boys), Rachel Duffy (13-14 girls) and Elena Pina (15-18 girls).
Hitting the pad first in the short freestyle were Zoe Audia (Mixed 6U), Emilio Close (8U boys), Ashlyn McCabe (8U girls), Kaidge Richardson (9-10 boys), Reagan Morgan (9-10 girls), Jacob Lucas (13-14 boys), Paityn Richardson (13-14 girls) and Megan Lauritsen (5-18 girls).
Breaststroke winners for the Pacers were Harper Francis (8U girls), Kaidge Richardson (9-10 boys), Haidyn Francis (9-10 girls), Abby Lauritsen (11-12 girls), Nolan Deats (13-14 boys), Paityn Richardson (13-14 girls) and Keely Pickett (15-18 girls).
Pontiac’s winners in the butterfly were Emilo Close (8U boys), Elizabeth Hansen (8U girls) Angel Close (Angel Close), Reagan Morgan (9-10 girls), Jaden Lucas (11-12 girls), Jacob Lucas (13-14 boys), Emma Nelson (13-14 girls) and Elena Pina (15-18 girls).

    In the freestyle relay, it was Audia, Richardson, Lucas, Hansen (Mixed 6U), McCabe, Moore, Miller, Francis (8U girls), Masching, Cotter, McCabe, Close (9-10 boys), Russow, Masching, Zimmerman, Morgan (9-10 girls), Nelson, Masching, Duffy, Richardson (13-14 girls) and Pina, Espositio, Mies, Pickett (5-18 girls).
