Teutopolis Defeats Pana
The Teutopolis Freshmen Junior Basketball team defeated Pana on November 24 with a score of 59-21. The Top scorers for T-Town were Windell with 15 points, Pruemer with 9, Waldhoff 8, Smith 7, Wendling 7 and A. Niebrugge with 3 points.
The Teutopolis Sophomore Basketball team also defeated Pana with a score of 55-21. Top scorers were Mette with 15 points, Deters with 14 points, Z. Schultz with 8, Repking 4, Kreke 3, and Belleville 3.
Dieterich Girls Basketball
The Dieterich Girls basketball team was defeated by Neoga with a score of 36-24. Scorers for Dieterich were: Chelsea Storm with 8 points, Brittney Niemerg with 5 points, Amber Durbin with 4, Miranda Goodman 3, Candace Niemerg 3, and Katelyn Hartke with 1 point.
Teutopolis Junior High Boys Basketball
The 7th Grade Boys Basketball team defeated Robinson with a score of 39-23. Hartke scored an amazing 22 points, Niemerg scored 7, Thoele scored 4, Sandschafer, Drees, and Gebben all scored 2 points each.
The T-Town 8th Grade Boys Basketball team also defeated Robinson 46-35. Wenthe scored 11 points, Will and Hardiek both scored 10 points each, Goedde scored 8, Hunt 4, D. Probst 2, and Kenter scored 1.
The Teutopolis 7th Grade Boys also played against St. Anthony. St. Anthony defeated Teutopolis with a close score of 24-23. T-Town scorers were Sandshafer 6, Ju. Deters 4, Drees 4, Meinhart, Roewe, Zwettler, and Pals all scored 2 points, and Bradley scored 1 point. St. Anthony scorers were Wortman 8, T. Stephens 7, Puckett 6, Koester 2, and Bourgois 1.
The Teutopolis 8th Grade Boys also played against St. Anthony and defeated them 44-41. Goldstein scored 18 points, Mette scored 8, Ungrund scored 6, Ch. Zerrusen 4, Borries 3, Probst 3, and Bierman 2. St. Anthony scorers were Jansen 11, Dasenbrock 10, Tegeler 7, Rentfrow 6, Dy 4, Gibson 2, and Wenthe 1.
