The Class 2A St. Anthony Sectional took place at the Enlow Center last week. In the semi-final game, played on March 3, the Teutopolis Wooden Shoes defeated Paris with a score of 58-37. Teutopolis scorers were Jordan Michels 17, Jeremy Niebrugge 10, Derek Thompson 6, Brock Sandschafer 6, Luke Bushur 5, Nick Schumacher 5, Mark Niebrugge 4, Blievernicht 3, and Thoele 2.
On Friday, March 5, the Sectional final was played between Teutopolis and Robinson with Robinson defeating Teutopolis 71-65. The Teutopolis scorers were Nick Schumacher 14, Jeremy Niebrugge 12, Derek Thompson 11, Jordan Michels 9, Brock Sandschafer 7, Luke Bushur 5, Mark Niebrugge 5, and Blievernicht 2.
Robinson scorers were Jones 20, Hannahs 19, Leonard 18, Siler 9, and Dirks 5.
The Teutopolis Boys Basketball team finishes their season with a 26-4 record. Robinson will advance to the Springfield Super-Sectional.
