Teutopolis Junior High Boys Basketball

The Teutopolis 8th grade boys basketball team defeated Centralia with a close score of 56-54 at the Summersville Shoot-out. Teutopolis scorers are as follows: Wenthe 18, Will 12, Hardiek 10, D. Probst 8, Kenter 5, Ungrund 2, and Hunt 1.

The 7th grade boys lost to Ashley St. Michaels with a score of 50-26 at the Summersville Shoot-out. Teutopolis scorers are as follows: Niemerg 6, Mette 4, Drees 4, Hartke 3, Thoele 2, and L. Probst 1.

The Teutopolis 7th grade boys basketball team defeated Neoga with a score of 44-13. Hartke and Probst both scored 6 points each while Drees, Pals and Jansen all scored 5 points each. Gebben scored 4 points, Thoele 3, and Mette, Niemerg, Jo. Deters, Ju. Deters, Wallin and Sandshafer all scored 2 points each.

The Teutopolis 8th grade boys basketball team also defeated Neoga with a score of 69-12. Will received 11 points, Ungrund and Goedde both received 8 points each, Hunt and Bierman both received 6 points each, Funneman, L. Probst, Ch. Zerrusen, Kenter, and Wenthe all scored 4 points each. Goldstein received 3 points, Borries, D. Probst, and Mette all scored 2 points each, and Co. Zerrusen received 1 point.



Dieterich Junior High Girls Basketball

Dieterich Junior High 7th grade girls basketball team defeated North Clay on November 10 with a score of 38-18. Courtney Flach scored 14 points, Mallorie Vahling scored 11 points and 12 rebounds, Rachel Schmidt scored 8 points and Chelsie Finke scored 5 points.

Dieterich 8th grade girls were defeated by North Clay on November 10 with a score of 58-38. Megan Garbe and Sydney Higgs both scored 14 points each, Taylor Wright scored 6 points, Mindy Bohnhoff and Chelsie Finke both scored 2 points each.

The Dieterich Junior High 7th grade girls basketball team defeated Brownstown on November 9 with a score of 24-21. Mallorie Vahling scored the most points with 9, Ashley Foreman scored 5 points, Courtney Flach scored 4, Rachel Schmidt 3, Chelsie Finke 2, and Kallee Heuerman 1.

The Dieterich 8th grade girls basketball team also played against Brownstown on November 11. Brownstown defeated Dieterich 53-33. Megan Garbe scored the most points for Dieterich with an amazing 21 points, Sydney Higgs scored 7 points, while Mallorie Vahling and Taylor Wright scored 2 points each and Rachel Schmidt scored 1 point.

On November 13, the 7th grade girls were defeated by Effingham with a score of 31-26. Dieterich scorers are as follows: Kallee Heuerman 8, Rachel Schmidt 6, Mallorie Vahling 5 points with 14 rebounds, Chelsie Finke 3, Kelsey Webb 2, and Courtney Flach 2. Effingham scorers: Beals 10, Totten 4, Jantzen 4, Field 4, Woelfer 3, Dust 2, Curry 2, and Backhus 2.

The 8th grade girls were also defeated by Effingham with a score of 47-23. Scorers for Dieterich are as follows: Megan Garbe 9, Mindy Bohnhoff 8, Sydney Higgs 4 and 14 rebounds, and Courtney Flach 2. Effingham scorers: Robb 12, Bloemker 8, Kaufman 7, Zerrusen 4, Stephenson 4, Riveria 4, Donaldson 4, Howell 2, and Kistler 2.
